About Us
At ATG Group

we restore land that is contaminated and/or unstable. We are one of the most experienced and dynamic companies in the environmental services sector, offering tailored solutions to environmental and waste challenges. Through our own teams or partnerships, we serve customers in Ireland, the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, specifically Latvia, Hungary and Romania.

ATG Group was established in Northern Ireland in 2006 with the vision to design and develop innovative, environmentally friendly solutions for the decontamination of sites. The essence of ATG Group’s solutions is a detailed analysis and diagnosis of each challenge followed by a bespoke remediation plan. Wherever possible our solutions keep materials on site, stabilising them there rather than removing them to landfill. In situations where this cannot be done, we will move the contamination to our own treatment centre to treat it there.

The outcome of this philosophy is remediation solutions that are more cost-effective and planet-friendly, often enabling our customers to achieve the impossible, as well as contributing to their ESG goals.

The ATG Group promise is to turn Ashes to Gold, which is demonstrated throughout the Company as well as through its own charity of this name.

ATG Group serves both residential and commercial customers. Typically, residential customers require oil and chemical spill clean-up and invasive plant eradication services. Commercial customers benefit from all the ATG services, with notable projects having been completed for:

Culture

At ATG Group, we have a very distinctive culture based upon the Company’s Mission to be innovative leaders in environmental technologies, connecting creativity and expertise to craft a better, more sustainable world.

We aspire to become a Certified B Corporation over time. The B Corp global community works towards reduced inequality, lower levels of poverty, a healthier environment, stronger communities and the creation of more high-quality jobs with dignity and purpose. By harnessing the power of business, B Corps use profits and growth as a means to a greater end, namely positive impact on their customers, employees, communities and the environment.

We also embrace the ESG Commitments, already widely applied and reported on within the corporate sector and now extending to larger charities. ESG Commitments guide and inform an organisation in best practices in the areas of environmental sustainability, social impact and governance. For larger companies for whom ESG commitments have become core to their existence, we are able to speak the same language and support clients in achieving their ESG goals through the services we offer and the way in which we deliver them.

Important values underpin all of this, which are:

Innovation, Vision, Authenticity, “Yes, can do” Approach, Compassion
